1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Swishr's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Swishr provides a unified contact center intelligence platform including quality management, DSAT analysis, workforce management, AI coaching, scheduling, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations
• Resell or sublicense access without written consent
• Scrape or extract data in an automated manner

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Swishr and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform. You retain ownership of data you upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swishr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and we will retain your data for 30 days before deletion, unless required by law to retain it longer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
