Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Encryption keys are managed through a dedicated key management service.
Infrastructure
Our platform runs on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure with redundancy across multiple availability zones for maximum uptime.
Access Control
Role-based access control (RBAC) ensures users only access data they are authorized to see. All access is logged and auditable.
Backups
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Backups are stored in geographically separate locations and tested regularly.
Compliance
Swishr is designed to support GDPR, ISO 27001, and regional data protection regulations. We undergo annual third-party security audits.
Incident Response
We maintain a 24/7 security monitoring system and a documented incident response plan. Security incidents are communicated within 72 hours.
